I average 5.5 hours of sleep per night. The days my son won't go to bed on time are the days I get even less. Time management is much harder with kids, but completely worth it. Even blogging now takes its toll. I enjoy interacting with other dads, but it does take a toll on the time I have to do other things I probably should be doing(i.e. working out, or spending time with my wife) but I guess we have to try and find some semblance of balance in our crazy lives and prioritize what is most important an focus on them....
