I still don't eat a lot of meat, but I've learned sometimes you just can't fight your body's natural disposition of being an omnivore! When he went to the pediatrician here the doctor said he was healthier than many 13 year-olds he sees. So an orphan from Liberia is healthier than many suburban children in America. What does that say about nutrition in our country? Eating healthy is hard. Convenience makes a poor diet so much easier.
